At Julrey, we are committed to delivering your beautiful jewelry as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within  3-4 business days Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Custom/Engraving Orders: If your item requires customization or engraving, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50
    • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to deliver your order in the fastest time possible.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹100
    • If you prefer to pay upon receiving your order, a COD fee of ₹100 will apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Order Delays

While we try to ship your order as quickly as possible, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays, may affect delivery times. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care to package your jewelry securely. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, don't hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses, but please note that delivery times may be extended.
